Justin Lee Pierce

Justin was first introduced to the world of finance 17 years ago, and has been serving clients directly for the last 10. His interest in the industry peaked after seeing the difference a proper plan and risk management strategy made for his own parents. Growing up the son of an immigrant in a working-class family provided Justin a unique perspective on the importance of being afforded guidance during one’s financial journey. Justin is passionate about teaching his clients competence when it comes to money, knowing that confidence will follow. He works hard to help the families he partners with navigate each phase of their lives confidently by educating them on the fundamentals of finance.

Justin attended Harrisburg Area Community College and earned an Associate’s Degree with a concentration in Business. He and his wife Elyse have two children, Liliana and Adrian. In his spare time you can find Justin either on the football field or basketball court where he remains active across several adult leagues.
